North Carolina’s Eastern Region Development Commission is the economic development agency for a 13-county region (Carteret, Craven, Duplin, Edgecombe, Greene, Jones, Lenoir, Nash, Onslow, Pamlico, Pitt, Wayne, and Wilson).
